Barcelona commits to companies that create jobs

Barcelona City Council continues to implement new measures aimed at generating economic growth and reducing unemployment to ensure that all those that want to work but have no employment, can find the right job that fits their professional profile.

To promote job creation and reduce unemployment in the city, Barcelona City Council has now launched the so-called ‘Commitment to Employment Plan’ that subsidises companies with up to 18,000 euros for each new job created.
